
Fine Edge have brought quality theatre-in-education productions to
over 130,000 school students since 1998. We pride ourselves on producing
high quality shows with outstanding production values that engage young
people in real ways.
The aim of Fine Edge Theatre Company is to use creative arts to
engage young people in exploring relevant themes, while encouraging
positive choices and decisions. In this way, we use ‘story telling’ to
teach the Values Curriculum from a Christian perspective in a sensitive
and culturally appropriate manner.

For more than a decade Fine Edge has been delivering engaging and
enlightening shows to WA schools, and 2012 will be no exception. We are

Monster Town
Primary School Show: Yrs 1- 7
Terms 2-3 $3.95 per student (Price Negotiable for Larger Audiences)
Alison the monster is starting to worry. She just isn’t as warty as
the other monsters. Her skin doesn’t have that greenish glow. And try as
she might she couldn’t even scare a mouse. It doesn’t help that her
twin brother is the biggest, ugliest and most popular monster in town…
If only she realised that her brother is just as worried about
impressing everyone else as she is!
This funny and insightful new play tackles issues of self-worth, body-image, and belonging, for primary age students yrs 1-7.
Careful What You Wish For
High School Show: Yrs 7-12
Terms 3 $395 per show (Reduced Price for Multiple Shows)
Ever wish you knew what other people where thinking? Wish you were
someone else? Wish you could turn back time? Wish you were taller,
smarter, better looking? Wish you had a permanent up-link to face book?
Well maybe you should be careful what you wish for…When a group of high
school students are given the opportunity to have the one thing they
want most, could it end up costing them everything else?
This exciting new play explores themes of escapism, resilience, respect, consequences, taking responsibility and positive choices.
Lucy the Reluctant Pirate: a Christmas Adventure
Primary Christmas Show: Yrs 1-7
Term 4 $3.95 per student (Price negotiable for larger audiences)
Lucy doesn’t like being a Pirate. She’d rather embroider
handkerchiefs than plunder people’s presents, but doesn’t know how to
tell her peg-legged parents how she really feels. Josh was expecting a
bike for Christmas not a stranded Pirate stuck in his living room where a
pile of presents used to be… Journey with Josh and Lucy as they embark
on an epic quest to rejoin the pirates, return the presents, and
discover what Christmas is all about.
This hilarious and colourful new play uses the story of Christmas to explore family communication, respect for others, and the courage to be yourself.
